Dr. J. K.Mahendhran is an accredited yoga director and therapist. Hailing from Pondicherry Ananda Ashram from the Guru Gitananda Swamigal. He has also completed his Diploma in International Yoga Teachers Course from International Sivananda Ashram, Trivandrum, Kerala and Ananda Ashram, a proud moment for him, when he was awarded the title of "YOGA SHIRONMANI" by the International Sivananda Yoga Centre.

Dr. J. K. Mahendhran has also completed his Doctorate in Yoga from the “The Open International University” for Complimentary Medicines, Colombo, established under United Nations Charter. (2001)

Dr.J. K. Mahendhran has been teaching yoga for more than …46.. years and along with his students, he has been healing hundreds of people through this natural and therapeutic practice of Yoga.
